Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: May 26, 2026
Globagift is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and in doing so adhere to many of the available standards and guidelines.
Commitment to Accessibility
We believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone, and are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the broadest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability.
To fulfill this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Complying with those guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to all people: blind people, people with motor impairments, visual impairment, cognitive disabilities, and more.
Conformance Status
We are currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address known gaps and will update this statement as conformance improves.
This statement was prepared following a self-assessment conducted by our development team using automated testing tools (including Playwright with axe-core) and manual review. We aim to commission an independent third-party accessibility audit annually.
Features & Implementation
Our website incorporates various technologies designed to make it as accessible as possible. We continuously evaluate and improve these implementations based on user feedback and evolving accessibility standards.
- Keyboard Navigation: Our site is designed to be navigable using a keyboard.
- Semantic HTML: We use proper HTML5 headings, landmarks, and lists to help screen readers navigate the content.
- Text Alternatives: Images include alternative text descriptions.
- Color Contrast: We strive to maintain sufficient color contrast for readability.
Feedback
Despite our very best efforts to allow anybody to adjust the website to their needs, there may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or are lacking an adequate technological solution to make them accessible.
If you have noticed a malfunction, if you find any aspect of the interface difficult to use, or if you have ideas for improvement, we’d be happy to hear from you.
We aim to respond to all accessibility feedback within 10 working days.
